- User agrees not to submit illegal content to this website. Contact support@fitmyfit.com if any illegal activity is suspected.

- However Pro and Power Pro members can cancel their monthly membership to FitMyFit.com anytime after 3 consecutive months from the date of a users sign up of said memberships. Users can cancel only by sending a request to support@fitmyfit.com. This request must include reason for cancellation. Failure to cancel in this manner will delay users request to be granted, and cancellation will only be granted on the date that the above cancel request requirements have been met. There are no refunds for user credits. However, refunds for Pro or Power Pro memberships will only be granted if a monthly membership fee is charged after a cancellation request that meet the above requirements was sent. The amount of the refund shall be determined by us, based on the date that the proper request was sent.
